This new website is one of the main ways in which SCBF will communicate with the Strathnairn community from now on.

The usual application forms can be downloaded via the dropdown menus above. Also available is information on our founding documents, legal agreements with developers, board meeting dates, summarised minutes, our end of year accounts and other documents.

There is also documentation on our development strategy and policies, although this area of the website is still under development. We shall be adding further documents over the next few months and as necessary.

There is a section, which is also still under development, of useful links for community residents.

A section of the website is reserved for use by directors and the Company Secretary. This is so that applications under consideration can be disseminated to directors without having to rely on email.

There is also a news feed, which will be updated regularly. The most recent post, currently this one, displays on our homepage.
